How Key Construction uses the information you choose to share when planning a project.
Information you provide
Project forms collect your name, phone and/or email, city or ZIP, scope, timeline, preferred contact method and information you enter about the property. You may optionally share a budget, photos or supported project documents. Floor Studio inquiries also include your dimensions, selections and preliminary estimate.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your project, respond to your inquiry and coordinate next steps. Submitting a form does not create a construction contract or confirm a final price. Please avoid unrelated personal or sensitive information in photos and documents.
Attribution and analytics
Where enabled, referring website origin, landing page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers help us understand how people find the website. Analytics may measure page visits, calls and form or Floor Studio interactions. Names, contact details, messages and uploads are not sent as analytics event parameters.
Submission protection
Forms use validation and limited request-rate checks to prevent abuse. Where enabled, an additional Cloudflare security check may appear for suspicious traffic.
Storage and access
Project inquiries and optional attachments are stored for project review and business records. Attachment delivery is access-controlled; files are not published in the project gallery. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained as needed for inquiries, project work and applicable recordkeeping. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations. Optional photos and budget information can be omitted.
