Metallic epoxy floors

Layered pigment, reflected light and hand-applied movement create a distinctive resin finish. Each floor is individual.

Depth through pigment and resin

Metallic finishes use pigmented resin to create flowing, cloudy or veined effects beneath a protective finish. Their character comes from color movement and light response rather than a particle broadcast.

Where the design makes sense

Residential interiors, selected garages, retail and other appropriate spaces can use a metallic direction. Traffic, maintenance, substrate and exposure still determine suitability.

Preparation is especially visible

Surface flatness, repairs and the base influence a reflective decorative finish. Existing coatings, contamination, cracks and moisture require evaluation. Moisture mitigation is not automatically included.

Agree on direction, not an exact duplicate

Color relationships, contrast, movement and borders can be discussed with references. Hand-applied pigment patterns vary; a reference is not a pixel-for-pixel promise.

Protect the surface appropriately

Protective chemistry and sheen are selected for the use, compatible layers and cleaning requirements. Ask about wet-use texture, light exposure and care during planning.

Planning for Colorado properties

Sunlight, slab temperature, moisture and ventilation influence the work. Review thresholds, joints, transitions and access before selecting a finish.
